Zuffa Boxing Touches Down in the UK: Billam-Smith vs. Rozicki Set for June 6

Zuffa Boxing is crossing the pond, and it's bringing a massive cruiserweight clash to the south coast of England. The promotion has officially announced its first-ever UK event, Zuffa Boxing 07, scheduled for Saturday, June 6 at the Bournemouth International Centre. Headlining the historic card is Bournemouth's own former WBO cruiserweight world champion, Chris Billam-Smith (21-2, 13 KOs), who will face dangerous Canadian knockout artist Ryan "The Bruiser" Rozicki (21-1-1, 20 KOs) in a 10-round main event. The fight marks a homecoming for the 35-year-old Billam-Smith, who hasn't boxed since a victory over Brandon Glanton in April 2025. He'll be looking to make a statement in front of his passionate hometown fans. However, Rozicki—whose only career loss came against heavyweight contender Oscar Rivas in 2021—has other plans. "It's a tough fight, and that's exactly what I wanted when I signed with Zuffa Boxing," Rozicki said. "He hasn't been in there with someone like me." The event will be broadcast live on Sky Sports as part of Zuffa's new UK rights deal, with the winner potentially positioning themselves for a future showdown with Zuffa stablemate and reigning cruiserweight kingpin Jai Opetaia.
