Keyshawn Makes Weight: Davis-Albright Rematch Official for Saturday Night
NORFOLK, Va. — The highly anticipated rematch between Keyshawn Davis and Nahir Albright is official. Davis hit the 140-pound super lightweight limit at Friday's weigh-in, clearing the way for their 12-round main event at Scope Arena. It wasn't without drama. Davis (14-0, 10 KOs) initially tipped the scales at 140.1 pounds, just over the contracted limit, before shedding the excess weight and making 140 on his second attempt. Albright (17-2-1, 7 KOs) came in at a ready 139.7 pounds. This fight is personal. Their first bout in 2023 ended in a majority decision for Davis, later overturned to a no-contest after a positive marijuana test. Tensions exploded last year when Albright beat Davis's brother Kelvin, leading to a backstage altercation. The rematch, presented by Top Rank, headlines a card streaming on DAZN starting at 8 p.m. ET. The undercard features Brian Norman Jr. against Josh Wagner, and both of Davis's brothers, Kelvin and Keon, seeing action. Photo Credits: Top Rank Boxing
